portfolio consists mostly of blocks
of small, residential units. We believe
that in any financial climate, London
will create demand for accommodation
at this end of the market.
In weaker financial conditions, pressure
trends downwards towards these units
from larger luxury apartments or
houses.

We also invest in commercial properties
where there is a potential for secure
long-term income and where there
is scope for residential development
as part of the scheme. We specialise
in commercial buildings of architectural
and historical merit that even in secondary
locations can attract high quality tenants
that appreciate the quality and value for
money that they offer.
